Civet Coffee also known as Kopi Luwak are one of the most expensive coffee in the world.The Civet a near relative to the mongoose or wild cat are predominantly found in southeast asia majority in Sumatra Island of Indonesia. During Colonization of Dutch local farmer are prohibit to consume coffee . During one day a farmer discover a Luwak or civet sneak into their coffee plantation and eaten some coffee berry, the next day the farmer collect the poop of the civet cat which contain coffee and roast it .That's is where the legend of the civet coffee and kopi luwak begins.
