Online Therapy via Skype is a convenient and very effective way to get help with anxiety, depression, emotional stress and other emotional problems that you may be struggling with. Many people prefer to get help from an Online Therapist because it is so much more convenient and far more comfortable for most people. You can talk to your therapist online via Skype and see him or her as if you were in the same room together, and for most people talking to a therapist on Skype is just as good an experience as meeting him in-person.

The style of online therapy that I offer is called Mindfulness Therapy, which is a very effective way of changing your relationship to your emotions so that you do not become overwhelmed by them. This is an essential first step in healing and transformation. The second phase of Mindfulness Therapy involves looking at the imagery at the core of the emotion. Most people are not aware of this imagery, but it soon becomes apparent through mindfulness. Once we see this imagery, we can begin to explore how to change it in a positive direction. Change the imagery and you change/transform the emotion. This is a well-tested method that works particularly well with anxiety and panic attacks, trauma and stress, including PTSD.
