If you were terminated from your job by an AZ employer who violated rights guaranteed to you by federal and Arizona law, you may take legal action by filing a wrongful termination lawsuit.
However, your right to take legal action does not exist indefinitely. Arizona's statute of limitations stipulates that terminations which violate Arizona law typically provides a wrongfully terminated employee with 12 months to file a legal complaint or civil lawsuit, as outlined by ARS §12-541.
