Create your sparkle masterpiece.
Step one. Apply 2 coats of Nippon Momento™ primer onto surface using a roller.
Step two. Paint 1 coat of any sparkle variant using irregular criss-cross strokes.
Step three. After 10-15 minutes, when it's semi-dry, use spatula to gently smooth over the painted surface.
