At a campaign stop in Iowa, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney (R) said President Obama didn't understand the American economy and couldn't manage its recovery because he's never had a real job. Romney asserted that it was time to elect a president who's actually had a job, despite the fact that when he was governor of Massachusetts, the state ranked 49th in job creation.
