D.C. police are looking for ex-Washington Redskins tight end Fred Davis on an arrest warrant stemming from a domestic altercation last month at a diner with his ex-girlfriend in Adams Morgan. D.C. police spokesman Officer Araz Alali confirmed that Davis is the suspect being sought. Davis is charged in a warrant with one count of simple assault. Authorities said the June 2 assault happened around 3 a.m. at the Diner, a 24-hour restaurant in the 2400 block of 18th St. NW. The police report states the victim, Davisâs 28-year-old ex-girlfriend, was eating with a man at the diner when Davis came up behind her and put his hands on her shoulder and forcefully turned her around and asked the man, âWhy you with her, she doesnât have an ass.â The ex then walked outside. Davis pursued, âgrabbed a handful of dirt and flowers from the hanging plant box and threw them at her,â the report states. She then went back in the restaurant to get a bottle of ketchup to squirt on Davis, but she was stopped by a bystander. The report said that the argument went on for quite some time before Davis finally drove off in a car. The woman was not injured and did not call the authorities until the next afternoon. Police have not yet located Davis.
