Post March Patch a new set of 4 knives have been added to the game!
The Dive knife, made for the water and likely a theme for the soon to be released Naval Strike DLC.
The BJ-2, an oldie knife from the PC game Battlefield 2142.
The Tactical knife, a small recurve blade with loads of detailing.
And the Precision knife. A solid piece of steel, that is currently not even released yet in the real world.
All items are supposedly unlocked via Gold Battlepack!

BF4 is the thirteenth installment in the Battlefield Series and is currently being developed by DICE. It is the sequel to Battlefield 3 and will be available for current and next-generation consoles.
Battlefield 4 is set to be shipped with a total of ten maps upon its release, all of which will be available on all seven gamemodes in the base game. Two of them, Obiliteration and Defuse, are new additions to the series, putting further emphasis on team-based play. More maps and game modes will be added in future expansions.
