Iconici Tv MMA host Syndee caught up with The Ultimate Fighter season 18 competitor Raquel "Rocky" Pennington at Altitude MMA. Raquel will face Jessica Rakoczy in the semi-finals to find out who will battle Julianna Pena on Nov 30th in Las Vegas, Nevada for the Ultimate Fighter finale. Raquel told us about her time in the house and what moment really stuck out to her the most. She also told us about her weight cutting technique and touched on if she would do the show again.
