Blinking is an easy way to refresh and energise your eyes. It helps them to focus for a longer period of time. People, who use the Television and the Computer for long hours, experience a lot of eye strain, resulting in hazy vision and dryness of the eyes. In certain cases the eyes burn and hurt a lot, causing discomfort. All these problems can be easily solved by performing the Blinking exercise. This exercise can reduce the risk of developing eye diseases. It improves focus and reduces dryness of the eyes.it improves the vision considerably. It also relaxes the muscles of the eyes.
Method:
• Sit down on a chair and keep your eyes open.
• Then blink your eyes as fast as you can, 10 times.
• After having done this, close your eyes and relax for 20 seconds.
• Once again, go through the same process, blinking quickly 10 times. Then close your eyes and relax again for 20 seconds.
• This should be done 5 times over again.
