Step 1: Begin by standing with your legs shoulder width apart. Then place your right leg behind the left one. Stretch it out as far as you can and touch your hand to the ground during this movement.
Step 2: Then get the right leg back to the starting position. Similarly, place the left leg behind the right and get it back to the starting position.
Step 3: Increase the speed and continue alternating the leg movements. You can do about 20 repetitions of 3 sets. With this we come to the end of the skater lunges workout.
