About me: Modern life requires students to work on
themselves more effectively, but health levels
have fallen dramatically and the number of those
exempted from physical education has increased,
which means that physical fitness is a major
component of students' health.
Many students do not attend classes for health
reasons - this has an impact on their knowledge.
This means that if we want to be healthy and
successful, we need to engage in physical
education and not have bad habits.
This has always been quite an issue because health
is the most important thing. A student who
regularly engages in physical activity is much
more beneficial in his or her studies, work and
everyday life.
I would like to highlight some of the factors that
determine a student's healthy lifestyle:
- Working and rest time regimes;
- proper nutrition;
- hygienic basics of a healthy lifestyle;
- prevention of bad habits.
Students need physical activity because long
couples in classrooms do not allow for oxygenation
of the brain and there is a possibility of various
diseases.
During the day, students have an intense and
prolonged central nervous system activity. The
consequences of mental overwork can be a variety
of illnesses.
Active and passive time of the student:
Passive pastime includes activities such as
listening to music, watching movies, most students
now like to sit at the computer, watch You Tube,
sit on "VKontakte".
But there are still students who prefer to use
their free time actively. These are trips to the
gym, yoga classes, cycling, jogging in the woods.
I cannot but single out students who are involved
in a particular sport professionally, and because
of this they take part in competitions and are
able to uphold the honour of their institution.
Teachers will be loyal to them and this will have
a positive impact on their academic performance.
It is safe to say that those students who
regularly go in for sports have an easier time
with the session, as they react less painfully to
the stress of their studies.
There is another major disadvantage of student
life - improper nutrition. Many people don't
have enough time to prepare their own home-cooked
meals, and fast-foods are everywhere and there are
plenty of them.
And I would also like to highlight the
disadvantages of the student lifestyle:
- Not enough time out in the fresh air;
- Not much physical activity;
- Alcohol and smoking. |
