a new york police officer asked a man to stop who looks to me like an illegal street vendor but the man started arguing and suddenly started running away the officer was then forced to chase and handcuff him i don039t know if the man was arrested because i had to go but he simply didn039t have to run sometimes people do stupid things and complicate normal things the video also shows how exposed was the officer when he was doing the arrest and that039s why he asked the other man who was trying to help to back off it took about 1 minute and 9 seconds for the police cover to arrive at the scene excellent timing for the nypd
