Activists from Femen protest group showed up at Hannover-Messe Industrial Fair on Monday and staged a topless protest in front of Russian President Vladimir Putin and German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
Putin and Merkel were at the Volkswagen exhibition site when several topless women sneaked through the guards and began to shout obscene slogans in English, before being swiftly detained by security personnel.
Femen was founded in Ukraine back in 2008. Its members protest topless over a variety of issues.
Later, during a press conference, Putin admitted he "liked" the act.
