I'm good Jackie we've pretty much purchased wrong land and we've prepared the land for new construction and then we ended up selling it before we're able to build so this time when we went to an option we were able to pick up a property that had an existing dwelling when I first got started and first contacted you hard money the response was really quickly I was able to feedback through that initial process once the value came out and I received copies of the evaluations and they're able to establish masters here now you all of that was good these guys gave us our first draw we or if 10% down at closing that's moving on that was able to submit our first draw got the funds for that so we're plowing forward so that's pretty much been my experience you guys have been wond...
