Kehlani took to social media on Friday (Oct. 12) to announce that she's four months pregnant, expecting a baby girl in 2019. In one tweet, she explained that her partner is her best friend and that he is “quite frankly the only man on earth i trust.”

Upon reading the news, a Twitter user juxtaposed an image of Kehlani showing off her pregnant belly with a Billboard news article where Kehlani opened up about her queerness. The tweet implied that they were confused as to how a queer woman could be pregnant.

Imagine thinking queer means lesbian and either means unable to have babies," the singer responded with a laughing-crying emoji.

In April, the singer opened up about her sexuality on Twitter: "cuz i keep geddin asked.. i’m queer," she began in a series of tweets....
