He says this adds a different flavour to the chicken and makes it more delicious. <br>You need the top skin of sal tree, some sal leaves, chicken, onions, garlic, green chilli, cumin seeds, garam masala, mustard oil and salt for this recipe. The process involves covering the inner layer of the tree bark with sal leaves and stuffing them with chicken.
