This is the new Utherverse Client called Curio. The client is still in early stage of development.

First you see a clubbing property to demonstrate lights and mirror effects.
Later on some outdoor area to show the day / night / weather change and interactive enviroment.
Last part is placing and manipulating in-world objects.
