First off thx people for watching, second lets make things clear. Here in Nova Scotia if you own property that becomes a trough fare for people to get to point A to Point B YOU as in the LAND OWNER HAS to 100% mark their property with designated signs of danger ie:chain on trail..<br>Through out the video does ANY ONE see a no trespassing sign? other then the decade old one at the bottom of the trail facing the opposite way we traveled ? Who do you ask permission for access when there is nothing to "stop" you from accessing, there was no signs or chains at the top of the trail.<br><br>You "LAWYERS" can think and say what you want, my buddy, the guy in the front was hospitalized for 1 week with 2 broken ribs, broken hand and, bruised neck bones. HE IS DISABLED NOW CAN NO LONGER WORK and support his wife and child, because there was no sign.
