My favorite exercise for hamstring isolation. I superset this with deadlifts. I focus on squeezing and holding each peak contraction. I also focus on not giving too much energy to the eccentric movement, so I can create more tension in my transition and to save energy for more repetitions. I also change feet placement during drop sets starting wide then moving my feet together.
