A mother of 11-week-old twins has been banned from the Nordstrom in Pleasanton, Calif., after authorities discovered she left her infant children locked inside her SUV while she shopped. Amanda Nejat, from Danville, Calif., was arrested in February after a woman discovered the children inside the car and called the police.
