Hair products do a roaring business as we all desire long beautiful and lustrous hair. We apply so many products in our hair and also subjugate them to high levels of heat, just to fashion them in a certain way. We do not realise that the damage done to the hair is tremendous. Healthy beautiful hair can be achieved with product that are available at home. To get life back into your dull damaged hair, try a combination of yogurt, olive oil and honey. Individually these products are a store house of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Together they can create magic that can leave your hair feeling gorgeous and wonderful.
For the mask you need:
•1 tsp olive oil
•1 Tbsp. honey
•¼ cup yogurt
Whisk these ingredients well in a bowl. Apply to damp hair. Allow to stay for 15-20minutes. Wash your hair with warm water and towel dry them.
Olive oil is loaded with antioxidants, which can reduce the damage done by hair care products or overuse of styling products. It is a natural conditioner and can make your hair shiny and soft. Regular use can help to get your hair back in shape
Yogurt has mild astringent qualities. High quantities of zinc and lactic acid make it a great hydration treatment for hair. It helps to give your hair a soft sheen.
Honey is a great moisturizing ingredient for damaged hair. It attracts moisture as it is a natural humectant. It’s also encourages hair growth as it is full of antioxidants and nutrients to feed hair follicles.
