(CNN) -- The daughter of a prominent Bahraini human rights activist is willing to starve to death if the nation's authorities do not return her father and her husband, both of whom were severely beaten and hauled away by security forces a week ago, she said.
Zainab Al-Khawaja said she is willing to die even though she has a 1-year-old daughter.
