The Brazilian human cannonball could be in trouble for bad behaviour.
New footage from last week's Russian top flight match between CSKA Moscow and Anji has now been released that appears to show Roberto Carlos intentionally striking opponent Pavel Mamaev in the throat with an elbow.
Unquestionably the pair squared up to each other as their tempers frayed in the contest. However, what the caused the fracas remains unknown at this stage.
At the time of the incident the referee's head was turned, but as is so common these days, the television cameras have since flagged up the coming together.
