The Information Bureau of the country is used for special purposes that are of importance to the nation/state as a whole, not for any one individual's own preferences. This is exactly what Narendra Modi Feku has done! In order to win the elections Varansi to save face, Narendra Modi has sent the Information Bureau of Gujarat to Varanasi so that they can get information on how the progress on his campaign is and what is his position in the run up to the elections! In fact, many hired pawns have been dressed in the attire of muslim citizens so that it looks like Narendra Modi has the support of the Muslim people as well. If there really is a "Modi Wave"in the country, then why is the leader of this "wave" so insecure about his win in Varanasi that he felt the need to have the Information Bureau of Gujarat stationed in Varansi? Narendra Modi Feku if you are so insecure about a win in Varansi, it is going to be a long journey till the Prime Minister's seat! Maybe he should first start with a training session from Atal Bihari Vajpayee, maybe he would learn something...
