I had a laptop shipped and delivered at my house at 1:58pm. The package required that I sign for it to be released. I got home at 3:30pm so it was apparent I did not sign for my package. While checking the tracking number at work, I realized it was delivered and left at "residential". I come home to see that that was not the case. Checked my security camera and saw my neighbor from the townhouse across from mine doing this...
