The Forehand drills:
1.) Get the racquet one-foot below the contact point before swinging forward to clear the net every time.
2.) Close the racquet face and palm down at the low point of the backswing, this prevents hitting long and is one of the best tennis forehand secrets.
3.) Keep the racquet vertical throughout the contact area.
