Summers coming, and you’ll find that you don’t have time to hit the gym. So it’s time to show you some bodyweight exercises that you can do anywhere. No gym needed. We introduce to you Stone Box Jumps.
As the whether gets hotter (depending on where you are) you’ll start to realize that you can’t make it to the gym. No problem! Find a giant rock and do this box jumps workout. Go at your own pace, select your height. Preferably not very high of your new to box jumps because this could end really badly.
