FISH CROQUETTES<br>Ingredients<br>Liquid Milk 1 cup<br>Egg (mix finely) 1 pcs<br>Cottage Cheese 100 gram<br>Boiled Fish chopped 250 gram<br>Toast Biscuit powder 1 cup<br>Cheese 100 gram<br>Coriander leaves slice 2 table spoon<br>Wheat Flour ½ (half) cup<br>White Pepper 1 tea spoon<br>Salt as much as taste<br>Processing<br>1. Heat pan than pour cheese wait till its form to liquid and pour ½ (half) cup of wheat flour, cook only for 25 second.<br>2. Boil the milk then pour white pepper, coriander leaves slice and salt and heat. When milk is thick than put off from burner.<br>3. Cool milk, fish and cottage cheese blend with spoon. To cool the mixer put into refrigerator for sometimes.<br>4. Mix toast biscuit powder and wheat flour on a separate pot.<br>5. Blend egg with spoon on a separate pot.<br>6. Take out the cold fish mixer from the refrigerator and make small size croquettes. Shrink into blend egg and roll on wheat flour, toast biscuit mixer than put into refrigerat...
