Most of us know that eating Doritos or Cheetos or other snack foods is not a healthy choice. We know that they are high in calories, high in fat, and salt. But most of us don’t know that these snack foods have MSG in them, which is monosodium glutamate. MSG, in conjunction with disodium guanylate and disodium inosinate, could be very dangerous to your health. Potato chips are bad because they're high in fat or calories. Instead, it's because burnt chips, and certain other foods, contain a chemical known as acrylamide that could increase one's cancer risk
