If you're wondering about some of the sporadic cuts, it's because I'm getting lost incredibly often in this game.
One of the strong points of games like Dear Esther and Gone Home is their restricted and linear focus, meaning you couldn't get lost. In this game though, the exploration mechanic is played up so much that it's practically just padding. I get lost way too often. It's not a terrible game but a lot of people are going to hate it for that reason alone.
