‎Amla‬ is the richest source of ‎vitamin‬ C content and presence of anti-oxidants and gallic acid. Daily intake of fresh amla juice, about 20 ml twice a day, is recommended for improving‬ ‎eyesight‬. Alternatively, one can consume a few fresh amlas daily. A teaspoon of amla powder taken every morning on empty stomach is another effective remedy for poor eyesight. Read more -
