Ageing is believed by most individuals to be a natural process that simply cannot be avoided and as far as we know atleast half of that is true, but not all of it. It is true that we do not know of any possible, practical way of stopping ageing, we all age and we all die, however ageing is not 100% natural, some percentage of ageing happens because of factors in our lifestyle or the enviroment and this is based on some scientific evidence but also theories and hypothesis more or less accepted by gerontologists and other scientists. This means that ageing can be delayed, slowed down, modified, call it whatever you want, we have some control, although very little, on how we age even though we are powerless to stop it.
Nutrition, tobacco smoking, alcohol abuse, stress in our lives, sunlight or UV light exposure, physical activity, pollution or radiation, medication, hydration, temperature and more factors all have some effect on the human body and they affect ageing in some way so as I previously mentioned, ageing is affected by these factors and essentially most people age faster than they should precisely because of being affected by these factors. Ageing is something that also follows each person's DNA which is unique, which is why some of us age faster, others slower, live longer while others shorter lives, despite being affected by these factors. The best way to delay or slow down ageing and take care of your skin and health and performance is through a healthy lifestyle, although some ways are more popular but sometimes they are deceitful.
Skin-creams or skin-care supplements, many of them use fake endorsements and provide no evidence for their unfounded claims. Sometimes the evidence is not shown but only mentioned to be based on the company's private studies which are usually not to be trusted, but no evidence from third party trials or studies is shown. Nufinity is an example of a product that makes claims but doesn't offer any base to them, any proof for anything. The company is called Nufinity Naturals and it is not listed in the BBB or the Better Business Bureau and there's very little information on it. Most things in relation to the company and this product do not inspire trust and usually it's best to avoid such products because of the risk of getting scammed. Furthermore these products can automatically send you more bottles of the product and charge money without you knowing if you don't pay attention when you order.
