About me: "Passel Estate is a family-owned single
vineyard growing Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and
Chardonnay (with original plantings in 1994). The
vineyard is nestled in a remote, pristine
environment in the Wallcliffe proposed sub-region
of Margaret River.
Wines are crafted by renowned winemaker Bruce
Dukes; they are wines that speak of the Margaret
River region, showing great fruit intensity,
perfume, complexity and structure.
The Passel Estate core range wines are matured for
9-12 months in approx. 30% new French oak. The
Lot 71 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon comprises
hand-selected parcels that have been matured for
18 months in 50% new French oak."
