LOGLINE: Between 1984 and 1992, Washington Heights, NY, was known as the powerhouse of Crack Cocaine. Two organizations: The Wild Cowboys, and The Company, began a war that left more than 3,000 dead. To combat the crime that was rampaging uptown New York, a new police force was created, called Tactical Narcotic Team, or the TNT.

OVERVIEW
Kings of Rock is the real-life story of the Drug Underworld of New York city, between 1984 and 1992. The story takes place in the veritable crack cocaine epidemic that turned Washington Heights into the powerhouse of Crack Cocaine. Kings of Rock, will be; "Part the Wire and a lot of New Jack City”.

To combat the crime that was rampaging uptown New York, a new police force was created, called Tactical Narcotic Team, or the TNT.
