Software requirements specifications is the document template which contains detail information about how the product should be designed according to the clients need. In other side test cases are the documents which holds data regarding testing the product. To deliver effective product and to ensure that all the requirements mentioned in the documents has been tested, test cases should be tracked with the appropriate requirements. Hence, this requirements traceability plays a great role in test coverage. The video contains sample requirements traceability matrix template created with excel sheet. Tester's can use this simple template to verify their test cases with the given requirements.
