The word of Shawn's god is so true and so strong that vote-fixing and youtube's comment management system are, apparently, not even enough to help it. He has to also ask that his Christian viewers be complicit in his vote- and comment-fixing.
It's all for The Greater Good of course, which is why he made sure to delete this video after enough people started helping him with his false advertising.
