They consume all the energy you have to give and leave you with nothing. They take your mind places it would never choose to go on it own. Riding on the back of these three your mind dives deep into fear. Meditation can bring you back.<br>•<br>Have you ever been in a situation where you are stressed? Then you keep finding yourself thinking about the most terrible things. You are imagining the worst and feeling everything that comes up around that. You suddenly become aware of what you are doing and pull yourself back to reality.<br>•<br>Our minds respond to what we feed them and after they sometimes take us down some dark roads.
