Slice kontola in two equal halves.<br>Make a paste of ginger, green chillies, garlic and onions <br>Heat sliced onions in mustard oil and add the paste <br>Once the onions change colour to brown, add sliced raw kantola <br>Add mushroom after 2-3 minutes of heating<br>Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and mix masala as per preference<br>Add some water to make some gravy and keep checking every 2-3 minutes so that it doesn’t stick to the pan<br>Cover the sabzi for 5-10 minutes.<br><br>And the sabzi is ready.
