Korean Vegetable Rice Porridge , is a whole hearty meal, healthy , full of nutritions , filling and easy on the stomach; and helps a lot if you're not feeling well.<br><br>Main ingredients will be : <br><br>Rice : can be made with either short grain rice or sweet rice , Sweet rice would make it creamier.<br><br>You could actually use a precooked rice , or just soak it for long if using directly as I did for this recipe.<br><br>Some chopped vegetables , In this recipe, I used carrots, Radish ,mushrooms ,Zucchini, green onions, capsicum ; garlic and ginger.<br>You can add or replace some with : celery, potato , chives....etc<br>You can chop them finely or roughly, depending on your preference.<br><br>Feel free to add chicken, meat; or you can also add an egg.<br><br>The flavor in this recipe comes primarily from toasting the minced garlic in the sesame oil, as well as the natural flavors from the root veggies.<br><br><br>if you enjoy this recipe , don't forget to subscribe for more <br><br>https://www.youtube...
