The real estate industry is bouncing back in many states especially South Florida. Many brokerages and offices will continue to keep business as virtual and contact-free as possible.
Buyers may feel hesitant walking through a stranger's house, and sellers may be wary of allowing strangers into their home especially if they haven’t yet moved out. Virtual tours, showings, and neighborhood video tours will continue to be commonplace. They are certainly standard with us and here to stay even post-coronavirus pandemic.
