It's called video editing. Everyone takes cutscenes from Square Enix/Soft and creates their own video to it. There are tons of people who take MONTYS dead fantasy creation and makes their own little video out of them. Don't like it Don't watch it :)
ALSO if you don't know who makes Dead Fantasy...that's not my problem =3 Look it up.
