Finch-boy is bound in an uncomfortable position with his left foot in the air, struggling to free himself. The evil villain then whips his foot unmercifully with crops and canes, first over his sock, then on his tender, bare sole. The poor junior superhero howls in pain and rage, crying, trembling, twisting and writhing in his restraints as the masked man unleashes his fury on his battered foot, leaving him a broken, humiliated shadow of the hero he wants to be.
