Push! push! breath in, breath out, these are the common words we here when we see a TV show or a movie when it shows a woman in complete agony while giving birth. Although we know that these are just fiction, these scenes still delivers the wrong impression to women that we started to associate birthing to necessary pain and breathlessness.
