I like these because somehow they don't hurt my left arm that much. Plus they do wonders for the lower part of the pecs. It's almost like a cheap boob job if you know what i mean. They lift strengthen and separate the pecs, also give them great lower definition so add them to your work out. I do 3 sets of what you will see increasing the weight each set.
