Strawberry smoothie is one of the healthiest and mouth watering snacks. Apart from being tart like berries they are also high in vitamin C, dietary fiber, potassium and folate. It's smoothie is helpful in weight loss as you can make it with just strawberries and low fat milk and for kids adding in some sugar and other fruits will make it more delicious.
