Spaceman V Man, a compelling independent scene veteran with a unique palette of music. He’s previously played with Pete Best, the pre-Ringo Beatles drummer, and he fronted a rock band as well, one with some notable names at that. Now, though, the man has broken off from the pack to make music by himself.
‘Satellite’ descends from the electronic pastures of ‘All Rise’ and ‘Spaceman.’ It’s still chock-full of electronic instrumentation, but Spaceman V Man’s voice is less guised by effects and the song aligns more closely with pop rock. It’s punchy, well executed, and well written.
