It’s a kind of spinach called ‘Oye mada saag sabzi’. <br><br>You can follow the same steps if you are trying to make spinach at home- <br>Follow the steps-<br>1)Wash the saag leaves and chop them with knife<br>2)Heat chopped onions in a pan till they turn brown and add potato slices<br>3)Add the chopped saag leaves and heat for 3-4 minutes<br>4)Add chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric and garam masala as per preference<br>5)Add some water to make some gravy<br>6)Cover the sabzi with a lead for 5 minutes.<br><br>It’s as simple as that.
