How To Live In The Moment And Stop Overthinking. Take two minutes and focus on this message to start your day! Get comfortable, drop your shoulders, take a deep breath, become fully present, close your eyes and listen.<br>•<br>This was me on Tuesday. Rather than sit in extreme discomfort, I drank wine. Mindfulness can be uncomfortable, like really uncomfortable. Mindfulness is not all rainbows and unicorns. It is about being fully present as this human that I am. That includes all the very real and challenging experiences we have as humans.<br>•<br>Last year when my dog died I made a decision to be present through it all. Present with the pain. I processed the event as it happened. I moved in and out of all I felt, thought and experienced. Even though it was extremely difficult I found that I didn’t carry the event after it was over. I was able to let go and move on. It was the healthiest death I have ever been through.<br>•<br>Tuesday was another story I wanted to ...
